Valorant: I started my journey in October of 2022. Besides around 100 hours of cs:go, I had no idea what I was doing in the tac-fps genre. The reason why I wanted to play competitively is because the ranking system felt so big and the skill gap felt massive. After seeing a Youtuber named Woohoojin make a series on coaching a 40yr old to diamond, it clicked in my head that reaching any rank was possible through routine and consistant effort. This was the rise to my competitiveness in gaming. In january of the following year I commited to a daily routine to improve my mechanics and gamesense. And improvement came quickly after, 30 hours of comp to be exact, I went from bronze to gold. 70 hours more and I hit diamond. I'm still working to improve and hope to end my grind when I hit immortal.
More coming soon...
